He has had a very successful and meaningful career in the fields of sales, sales leadership, personnel and business development and entrepreneurship. Due to his success and expertise, Don was recruited by Tom Hopkins, a world renowned trainer and speaker. Don conducted sales and management training on behalf of “Tom Hopkins International” for 8 years.

Don has personally trained thousands of sales and management people all over the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. His audiences have ranged from small companies, which are his specialty, to major corporations such as Sony and AT&T; from national franchise chains to international multi-level marketing organizations.
